Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3 to 10 Hours to process your order. Expect an email within 11 to 24 Hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP (Coming Soon)
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 8 km of vendor’s store. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 2 PM during store hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Subject to availability in your area. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day vendor’s store is open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges and returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will inspect the item and process your exchange.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Support@gambizon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
