Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for an exchange only.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@gambizon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then, please follow the return instructions provided by Gambizon or merchants from whom the product was purchased.

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method where applicable to mail your return.

EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange.

Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged.

·     Beauty, innerwear, jewelry, Lingerie

·     Health, Personal Care

·     Products that have been altered from their original or opened by unauthorized personnel without permission.

·     Books and CDS

·     Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC)

·     Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.

·     Products damaged to misuse and mishandling.
